            Delegates Zukoff and Honaker move to amend SB3001 HFA Householder 7-28 on page 17, Section 101, line 16, following the period by inserting a new subsection (d) to read as follows:

            “(d) The father’s parental rights shall be terminated if the unborn child is a product of rape or incest.”
